Works but does not match
"Works but does not match website photos I ordered a 12ft SmartShade a few months ago and after setting it up emailed JumpFlex about a concern I had. There is a huge gap all the way around between the SmartShade and the safety net. Initially I thought I was delivered the incorrect size but was informed that there should be a gap. However, the photos on the website show a way smaller gap along, and the section between each attachment is straight whereas mine is curved. I am unable to add or paste images into this 'review email' for reference. It provides some shade, however nowhere near as the website makes it out to be."

Initially incomplete order delivered for
"Initially incomplete order delivered for Christmas. First after sales contact & response was seemingly very good and issue was I thought under control, turned out it wasn't. 5 weeks and quite a few frustrating ( nonsensical ) emails later ( one cannot call 🥲 ) we eventually received our complete trampoline. I ended up thinking I'd been dealing with a chatbot with it's wires crossed . ."

Fit is perfect, never looked
"Fit is perfect, never looked at instructions, it was that simple. Does an incredible job keeping the mat cool and keeping my child safe in the start of summer - I would buy again in an instant. I think it might affect the tension on the trampline sides due to pulling the uprights closer in, but the sides are still safe so it doesn't change that aspect."

“Smartshade” is a good name
"“Smartshade” is a good name for this as you would be smart to include this in your purchase. Even on hot summer days it keeps the jumping surface cool and comfortable. Highly recommend getting this with the trampoline."
